Marissa Soto
Analyst
Marissa Soto joined the OFCO team in August 2021 as an Analyst. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethnic Studies in 2012 from California State University of Sacramento. She then the joined the OFCO team after serving the community as a Licensing Program Analyst with Community Care Licensing. She is now focused in her present duties which include investigating and resolving complaints about foster youth rights, care and placement and to provide resources to youth and families.
Marissa enjoys spending time with her family and her two beautiful cats.
